Live CMS lookups: NPPES identity fields plus Medicare Fee-For-Service Public Provider Enrollment (PECOS public file) when you open a provider.

This tool calls both official CMS endpoints:

Enrollment rows include ENRLMT_ID, PAC ID, provider type, and state from the CMS public PECOS-derived file. For the most current portal status, also verify in PECOS when needed. Run npm run server so AccuMed can proxy CMS if the browser is blocked.
